It was a real gift to have Jason as my manager during the early days of my career. He guided me on how to navigate the corporate world authentically. From the get go, he made it easy to open up with no judgement and treated me like a sister. Every lesson was personalised, out of the box and humorous. He made learning FUN.

He has inspired me to be genuine, use my skills to my advantage and truly give without expecting because what you get in return will be priceless. Distance did not part us as even after 9 years, we are still in touch and he is still the first person I think of when I am in need of career guidance, critical life tribulations and creative solutions.

It was a BLESSING to encounter Jason in my lifetime. He helped me to perceive the world in a different & better way. He is a man with a pure heart & from that I have learned to Love, Care & Give unconditionally. He is a Big Man yet so Humble...We need a lot of Jasons to create a beautiful world.

Jason is a person who can make you the best version of yourself even without you noticing it. He opened my eyes, gave me valuable advice and made me think rationally even when the emotions were high and taking charge of my next steps. He lead me to the best decisions, helped me always when I needed it and made me grow in the best possible way, which I will never forget. I would say that anybody who needs to get supported, inspired and lead to their goals should try to get the guidance by Jason.

Whenever someone asked me how did I get this far and successful so quickly, the first thought that came to mind would be “Jason, the one who believed in me when nobody else would.”

From moments of “What would Jason do?” to now “What would Jason want me to do?” is unfathomable. Jason has been more than an advisor, a mentor but a trusted confidant. No matter the distance (literally), his method of showing me how to navigate through each phase of growth, how to best use the resources around you and remembering to also nurture the people around me is impeccable. His method of teaching someone to fish than to fish for them is applicable – everywhere! I owe a large part of my growth to Jason, at times when you feel that there is no way out, his out of the box perspective opens a new door!

His connection with the world and people often garners admiration and it is my absolute pride to have him as my first mentor and forever one.

Jason has a special talent for spotting potential in people. During one of our first interactions, when I joined his team, and he was in an executive management role, he told me that he can see a younger version of him in me, and that I would achieve great things. Sometimes in life I think we don't need more, than someone who can tell us that they believe in us. Five months later I became the Department Leader of that team. During those five months I worked harder than I ever had in my life to achieve this goal and anytime I needed help or guidance, I knew I could turn to him. He had a major influence on me becoming the leader I am today.

Even now - more than a year later - I sometimes think back to a few key moments with him, that helped me on this journey. I called him my mentor for a while, now I call him my friend, and I will be always thankful for our discussions and their impact on my career!

My meeting with Jason felt like fate. I was at a crossroads of sorts when we met. After becoming a published author, I had taken some hard knocks in my passion project and was unsure of how to proceed. Jason was friendly, genuine and easy to connect with. He spoke from a place of compassion and wisdom, which stems from his interesting and vast life experiences. One hour with Jason, sharing his advice, gave me the confidence boost I needed. He saw things in me that I couldn’t see in myself at the time and I felt he truly believed in my capabilities. I walked away feeling inspired and ready to try some new things! I will forever be grateful for that conversation and his continued support in my own journey.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the impact you've had on my life. When we first met, I was struggling with LUPUS, a condition that I had resigned myself to living with for the rest of my life. I was unconfident and not using my full potential. But you introduced me to the law of attraction, and you showed me how to apply it in my life.

With your guidance and support, I was able to turn my life around. I focused on positive thoughts and beliefs, and I let go of the negative energy that had been holding me back. And amazingly, a few months later, I was cured of LUPUS. I no longer needed medication and could enjoy the sunlight again.

Your mentorship has been life-changing for me, and I am forever grateful. You inspired me to believe in myself, to have faith in the power of positivity, and to never give up on my dreams. I am now living a happy, healthy life, and I owe so much of that to you.

I am super fortunate to have met Jason and be his intern when I was just a young kid. Back then although I knew my career plan and 10 year goals, I didn’t know how to achieve them or where to start. During my internship days, I was also very shy, introverted, lacked self confidence and had high anxiety. However, Jason saw what I was capable of and believed in me. His one-on-one mentoring sessions and advice helped me to build my confidence level and gave me a clear perspective on how to achieve my career goals and have a strategy to achieve them. On my last day of working with Jason as an intern, he gave me a list of things that I need to work on to develop myself and I am proud to say that I was able to tick all the boxes which was on that list. Through this list and completing all the tasks, I was able to develop my leadership skills, communication skills, public speaking, self-confidence, people skills as well as become the best version of myself. I can say that I am who I am in my career and life because of Jason. I will forever be thankful for Jason and will never forget how he has changed my life for the better.
